Delivery Pricing
- UK: FREE delivery on all orders (via DPD)
- Europe: Flat rate of £14.99
- Rest of World: Flat rate of £23.99
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched the next working day
- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day
Delivery Timeframes
- UK deliveries: Typically arrive within 2 working days after dispatch (via DPD)
- International deliveries: Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing

Delays & Exceptions
While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as severe weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or peak periods.
Although we work with trusted delivery partners, we remain responsible for your order until it is delivered. If any issues arise, we will do our best to assist you and resolve them as quickly as possible.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, free of charge.
If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may contact us to arrange a return once the item has been delivered.
To cancel your order, please email info@red-bee.co.uk with the subject line “CANCEL” and include your order details.
